Visitors must register online or at the show. The online ticket shop can be found here.

If you have registered online, please have your QR code ready. You will be able to print your badge at the event. Please wear your visitor badge throughout the exhibition.

Ticket pricing for analytica USA 2027 will be announced in spring 2027, with registration opening in May.

Several registration options will be available to fit your interests and schedule:

• 3-Day Tradeshow Pass: Access to the exhibit hall, live demonstrations, and show floor programming throughout all three days of the event.

• 1-Day Conference Pass: Access to one day of the scientific conference program, plus all three days of the tradeshow.

• 2-Day Conference Pass: Access to both days of the scientific conference program, plus all three days of the tradeshow.

• Student Registration: Special discounted pricing will be available for eligible students.

Early bird rates will be offered for a limited time when registration opens. We encourage attendees to register early to take advantage of the lowest available rates.

Yes! Your attendee badge allows you to leave and re-enter the event as often as you'd like during event hours. Just be sure to have your badge with you when you return.

Visa support letters can be requested during the attendee registration process, which opens in May 2027. Simply select "Yes" when asked “Traveling to the United States?” Your letter will be emailed to you within 24 hours after you complete registration and payment in full.

Yes, coat check will be available onsite during the event dates.

Yes, standard-sized backpacks suitable for day use and glass bottles are allowed.

Yes, there will be first aid available on-site. The office location at Hynes Convention Center will be determined closer to the conference.

Lost & Found will be located at conference registration on Level 2 of Hynes Convention Center.

There are concessions available in Hynes Convention Center. Hynes is connected by indoor walkways to the Prudential Center, Copley Place and several hotels which gives you access to multiple dining options.

Yes, a conference mobile app will be available closer to the event dates. Check back in Fall 2027 for details.
