Exhibitor Questions

How do I become an exhibitor at analytica USA?

To participate at analytica USA, you must apply online. Based on the information provided, we will check to see if your company is eligible to participate as an exhibitor. Click here to register

What is the minimum stand size for an exhibitor?

The minimum size is 10 x 10 ft for a turnkey booth package.

How do we apply for a co-exhibitor?

For a fee of $500, an additional company can be represented on your booth with staff, products and services. The main exhibiting company must register their co-exhibitors online. A maximum number of co-exhibitors is allowed depending on the stand size. There is a registration fee for each co-exhibitor, which will be charged to the main exhibitor. I would like to order Lead Capture Licenses. Who should I contact?

Lead Capture Licenses can be ordered and managed through Cvent. The primary contact of your company will receive an email invitation. In the portal, you can purchase and assign Lead Capture Licenses, customize Lead Qualification Questions and export lead information.

How do I register to visit the show?

Visitors must register online or at the show. The online ticket shop can be found here.

If you have registered online, please have your QR code ready. You will be able to print your badge at the event. Please wear your visitor badge throughout the exhibition.

How much do visitor tickets cost?

Is the visitor ticket valid for multiple entries per day or do I need a re-entry ticket?

Your visitor ticket is valid for multiple entries per day. You do not need a re-entry ticket.

Who do I contact if I need a visa invitation letter?

Please get in touch with Karoline Wischer who will be happy to assist you.

Is there a cloakroom on site?

Yes, there is a cloakroom available for a fee. Small suitcases can also be left there.

Can I bring backpacks and glass bottles into the show?

Yes, standard-sized backpacks suitable for day use and glass bottles are allowed.

Will there be a first aid officer?

The GCCC Public Safety team and many members of the GCCC staff are trained both in First Aid and the use of AEDs (Automated External Defibrillators). AEDs are located in the main concourse outside Exhibit Halls A, B, C and D. For minor medical emergencies, the nearest First Aid Kit will be located in the Guest Services Center, across from Hall A.

In the event of a medical emergency where one would normally dial 911, please do the following instead: From any in-house phone dial +1 614-827-2547. This will put you in contact with the Public Safety Department, which is on duty 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. The Public Safety staff will take the necessary information regarding the emergency, notify emergency services, meet emergency services upon their arrival, and escort them directly to the location of the emergency. At the same time, another of the officers will immediately go to the area of the emergency to provide first response.

Where is the lost and found located?

Lost & Found is in the Public Safety Office. The Public Safety Office is located on the second floor at the end of the Hyatt Regency Columbus Union meeting room hallway. The office can also be reached by phone at +1 614-827-2547.

Are there restaurants on site?

Yes, there are several options for you at the Convention Centre. For example, the South Café & Marketplace is a food court and services hub, situated on the southern side of the convention center. Here a selection of dining options can be found, including Indian cuisine, pizza, gyros, sandwiches, desserts and more. The Marketplace offers specialty gifts, souvenirs, a beauty and barber salon and a convenience store.

Is it allowed to take pictures on site?

Photography is generally allowed at analytica USA, including in the exhibit hall. Permission must be obtained from the exhibitor before taking any photographs or videos within their space. Press with Press/Media Badges are required to verify their status by providing their ID from their publication. Photography restrictions apply during premieres, screenings, or specific guest appearances. Please be mindful of these guidelines to ensure a respectful and enjoyable experience for all attendees and exhibitors.
