You have the option of booking either booth space only or one of our turnkey booth packages.

Application process main exhibitor

Booking a booth at analytica USA is quick and easy.

Book your booth now!

Simply follow the steps below to reserve your spot.

  1. Provide company information
    Start by entering your company details, including your contact information and any other required fields. This will ensure we have everything needed to complete your registration.
  2. Choose your booth space
    Navigate through the floor plan and select your preferred booth location. You can choose either a booth space only (if you prefer to design and build your own booth) or one of our turnkey booth packages (Standard or Premium).
  3. Select additional options (optional)
    If you are interested in maximizing your visibility, you can choose from our sponsorship opportunities and advertising packages. These options allow you to promote your company’s booth before and during the show.
  4. Review and confirm your order
    Take a moment to review all the details you have entered. This is your chance to ensure everything is correct before proceeding with the booking. Please sign at the end of the form to confirm your order.
  5. Payment
    Payment will be requested at a later date. You will receive an email with a link to pay via credit card or bank transfer.
  6. Receive confirmation email
    After your booth booking has been approved, you will receive a confirmation email from us.

Please note: Registration, and therefore the location of your booth, is on a 'first come, first served' basis. Please contact us if you cannot find a suitable booth size on the floor plan and we will try to find a solution for you.

Application process co-exhibitor

As a main exhibitor, you can register co-exhibitors on your stand space. To register your co-exhibitors, please contact kglass@tssworldwide.com. You will receive a link to register them.

The co-exhibitor fee is $500.

Registration of co-exhibitors is mandatory. A maximum number of co-exhibitors is allowed based on the booth size.

Further Services

Further services such as equipment details (e.g. walls, carpeting, electricity) and technical services can be booked via our Exhibitor Ressource Center from Spring 2025. You can also take advantage of our marketing services to ensure your success at the show.
